We are online wholesalers and source stock from various manufacturers as per customer orders and then ship
them. We place orders every day with our suppliers, most orders are shipped between 2-3 business days. If your order has multiple brands, then it may take longer as we will have to bring them all to our warehouse and then ship as one consignment.
Yes. This is done through Third Party delivery
or drop ship as we call them. This means that orders are directly shipped from
the supplier warehouse as long as it meets certain criteria like value and

As mentioned we do not
hold any stock and will have to order from our suppliers, if you are willing to
wait for 2-3 days, you are welcome to pick up from our showroom at Castle Hill.
Shipping charges for instore pick up orders will be refunded upon pick up.
No, we offer FREE SETUP, we are one of the few companies in th country that do not charge setup for embroidery. However there are a few conditions for this.
1) The setup or digitized file stays with us, at any time if you woild like to have it, we will charge $44.00 INC GST and pass on the file to you.
2) We offer Free Setup of only one logo per order, if you need multiple logos to be setup on your cap, then there will be additional charges but if there are names, then there are no additional charges.
Yes, once you place the order online, our artwork team will digtize the logo as per your instructions and send you a proof. The proof will have the image of the product and a visual that shows the size and poistion of the logo. Only after your approval, we will proceed to production.
