The end product is fantastic and I would purchase again,
I found I was frustrated a little trying to confirm these orders, whether the process of confirmation is too much involved as I had confirmed straight away and then when I followed up to get an ETA I was hit with you need to confirm your order, that was the frustrating part as I explained that I had confirmed on the first email and spoke with that person numerous times and on the phone also.
This process did not need to be so hard. please review so you do not loose customers in the future.

Well made hat. Nice, wide brim. Quality material (soft & flexible, yet thick, not cheap) Vibrant colour. Quality toggle. The neck string is not quite what I expected in terms of quality because it is a thinner, cheaper polyester type make. A well made hat like this should be matched with a woven, cotton-type neck string to match the rest of the hat. It has a safety release clasp along the neck string. We got a few different sizes of this one and they are a true to size fit from the measurement given online. Overall we are happy with the hat & its quality. Time will tell its durability and how it wears Thank you!
