Please choose this option for adding logos on back of caps and hats.
Pricing works on the number of garments that need to be embroidered. For eg. if your order has 10 items, then you will choose the price bracket 6-10 and add 10 in the quantity box.
Size of embroidery will be between 8-11cm depending on your logo; The maximum number of stitches we will allow is 10000; Anything for 10000 stitches, we will send you a quote and will proceed only after you accept.

*Important note on logo setup; Since we do not charge setup/digitization costs on the design, we will not be able to provide the customer with the source files; If you would like to get the source files, there will be a charge of $75.00 Ex GST;
Artwork Requirements
We will need artwork in high-resolution JPEG or PDF. If the artwork is a vector (EPS/AI/CDR) and converted to curves with the PMS shades it will be great else we can work with bitmaps as well. Please do specify your PMS or CMYK colors of your logo so that we get the colors right.

Once we receive the order, our team will verify the following information -Name, address, payment information are all correct so that we can process it. Items are shipped from our Moorabbin warehouse or supplier warehouses depending on what is available where.
Shipping charges depends on the value of your order as per the charges below for Australia wide.

If your order has multiple brands, we will consolidate them at our Moorabbin warehouse and send as one shipment or multiple shipments depending on the quantities of each brand. If we send them as multiple shipments, they will be coming directly from our supplier warehouses.
All blank orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days. All embroidered orders will be shipped in 12-14 business days after artwork approval.
Shipping methods
Our preferred method is through Australia Post or Star Track for orders that are sent from our warehouse. Our suppliers use Star Track, Toll, TNT express,and few other carriers. So for orders that are coming from our supplier ware houses, they could be in any of the above carriers.
When orders are shipped, we send you an email with tracking information and the carrier website address.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees, Other Charges
All prices are inclusive of 10% GST. We do not charge anything over that for credit card or paypal.
